Bank Support Workers

If you want to make a difference to the lives of people with a disability and want flexible working hours then you may like to consider joining our Bank Support Staff.

This is a very rewarding job supporting adults on the autistic spectrum with daily living skills in a residential environment who were recognised by the CQC as Outstanding.

Previous experience of working in care or a challenging needs environment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.

You can decide the hours you wish to work as this post if to cover holidays, sickness and training for our regular team of Support Staff.  This will be shift work, so these hours include some earlier morning, evenings, weekends and also Public Holidays.
