Jayne Field

Assistant Manager

Read Biography

I started working in care in 1999 as a Care Assistant then went on to do my N.V.Q.s.  Shortly after that I became a Senior Carer in a Residential Home and then progressed to become the Deputy Home Manager, which I did until 2007. I then went over to Bexhill-on-Sea where I was a House Manager for 8 years. In order to do this role I completed Care Certificate, N.V,Q. 2 3 and 4 and Management and Supervisory in Health and Social Care. I have completed all courses necessary to enable me to fulfill my role as an Assistant Manager.  I have been working for ASD Unique Services since 2017 and once the opportunity arose for the role of Assistant Manager at 63 Collier Road I knew it was the perfect job for me.  I’m really looking forward to developing the great Service Users at 63 Collier Road and making it a success for everyone involved.

Read Biography

I am the Company’s Group Home Manager overseeing all of our specialist services.

I have been with the Company since 2002, and have been working with Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health for 24 years.

I am a qualified trainer and enjoy delivering person centred training wherever possible. In 2017, I worked alongside Gary Lavigna (Co-founder of the Institute of Applied Behaviour Analysis) and completed my Applied Behaviour Analysis and Assessment. In addition to this I also completed the Analysis of Severe and Challenging Behaviour. In February 2018, I completed a Positive and Proactive Care Managers Programme which enabled the company to review our current Positive Behaviour Support Focus. I have also recently completed the British Institute of Learning Disabilities Positive Behaviour Support Coaching programme in May 2018.

I enjoy a very close working relationship with the Partners and work with them on a day-to-day basis to offer the best level of care possible. I really enjoy seeing our Service Users reach their full potential and am passionate about assisting them to achieve their goals.
